Stevens Passive Acoustic Detection System (SPADES -2) and its prospective application for windfarm underwater noise assessment

SPADES-2 is a PAM system for noise localization within windfarms using steered power response phase transform method. Array tested for 7 months in Hudson River. Reliability and long tether provided favourable results for long term observation of underwater noise.
